Shipping policy

PRE ORDER 

All "Pre Order" items are 100% made to order and will take 3-4 weeks to ship. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email us for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed. Please email info@plaeted.com if your tracking number is not sent in the estimated time frame.

SHIPPING

At this time all domestic orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Please follow your tracking number for updates with tracking. If there is an issue with your delivery please follow up directly with the USPS with your tracking number.

Once your order is completed and ready to be shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

For Standard shipping, please allow 3-6 business days for delivery. For Express shipping, please allow 1-3 days for delivery.
